Administrative Support

Part-Time / Permanent


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Reply to emails and answer phone calls to maintain communications and collect feedback from clients and business associates.
  • Assist the management with assigned tasks.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents.


Skills Required:

  • Grade 12 plus a business management, office administration or another related two-year certificate.
  • Minimum of two years’ relevant office and administrative experience, including records/registration experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

IT Specialist

Full-Time (Remote) / Contract


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Contribute as a hands-on database administrator at a senior level. Work closely with developers to ensure we’re building the best product. 
  • Solid understanding of database models, patterns, design approaches, best practices, task management.
  • Perform application installations, upgrades, and support and maintenance activities.
  • Identify and communicate technical problems, processes and solutions.
  • Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.


Skills Required:

  • Ability to work independently with little guidance.
  • Strong in communication & analytical skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or in another discipline with a significant programming component or completion of a college program in computer science.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT.
  • Well-developed practical operating experience of standard desktop/laptop hardware and application software.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives.
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
  • Track project costs in order to meet budget.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
  • Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the project.


Skills Required:

  • 3-5 years in project management using project management methodologies, principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of legal and contract management.
  • Ability to quickly build credibility with all levels of the organization.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to diverse situations.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

  • 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales or related role.

  • Promote and sell BuildApp’s construction management platform to builders, remodelers, contractors, and related businesses.
  • Identify prospective clients, conduct outreach, schedule meetings, and deliver product demonstrations.
  • Explain key platform features, such as workflow standardization, document control, real-time footage, and AI-driven tools.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with construction professionals to support long-term adoption of the platform.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and assist with the onboarding of new customers.
  • Track sales activities, maintain records, and provide regular updates on sales targets and performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on leads and support coordinated sales campaigns.


Skills Required:

  • Post-secondary education in business, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in software, construction technology, or related sectors.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and pipeline management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or digital sales tools is an asset.

  • Create and manage content for social media, the website, newsletters, and promotional materials.

  • Support lead generation through targeted campaigns, email outreach, and digital advertising.
  • Measure the performance of marketing activities and prepare reports with recommendations.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure consistent messaging and effective lead handoff.
  • Assist with branding, product educational materials, and campaign planning.


Skills Required:

  • Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing or construction-related industries is an asset.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and basic design software.
