Administrative Support

Part-Time / Permanent

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Reply to emails and answer phone calls to maintain communications and collect feedback from clients and business associates.
  • Greet customers and visitors, provide relevant information based on different demands. 
  • Assist the management with assigned tasks.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents.

Skills Required:

  • Grade 12 plus a business management, office administration or another related two-year certificate.
  • Minimum of two years’ relevant office and administrative experience, including records/registration experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence.
  • Adaptable to change and willing to take on new responsibilities within the administrative role.

IT Specialist

Full-Time (Remote) / Contract

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Contribute as a hands-on database administrator at a senior level. Work closely with developers to ensure we’re building the best product. 
  • Solid understanding of database models, patterns, design approaches, best practices, task management.
  • Provide both telephone and desk-side first and second-level support for desktops, laptops, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Operating Systems, Apple iOS.
  • First level support of SharePoint online sites and site collections, including Microsoft Teams and Teams channels.
  • Perform application installations, upgrades, and support and maintenance activities.

Skills Required:

  • Ability to work independently with little guidance.
  •  Experience working with Agile/Scrum Dynamic and strong in communication & analytical skills.
  • College Diploma with an IT specialty with an emphasis on communications.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory and related user management tasks.
  • Well-developed practical operating experience of standard desktop/laptop hardware and application software specifically, Windows, MS Office Suite, SharePoint, MS Teams, workstation imaging processes and print services and printers; system application, systems management, data communication including networking in LAN/WAN environment and remote access solutions.

Project Manager

Full-Time / Permanent

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Supporting the development of detailed integration plans in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring strategy and planning are aligned to the strategic rationale for the acquisition.
  • Developing initial PMI project budget and providing a proper mechanism for gathering critical inputs from all key stakeholders.
  • Establishing a process to track and ensure familiarity with crucial project KPIs.
  • Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and budget.

Skills Required:

  • 3-5 years in project management using project management methodologies, principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of legal and contract management.
  • Ability to quickly build credibility with all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of influencing and motivating others over whom they have no direct authority.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to diverse situations.

Business Development Representative

Full-Time / Permanent

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Build relationships with potential customers to understand their environment and needs.
  • Ensure that every prospect has an excellent Sales experience. 
  • Keep up to date on trends and news from the industry, our competitors, and our target market.
  • Contact potential clients by cold-calling or cold-emailing to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Generate and qualify leads.

Skills Required:

  • Fluency in English with Public Speaking & Presentation Skills.
  • Confidence on the phone with the ability to craft engaging, professional emails.
  • Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures.
  • Interest in Technology and Customer Service.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales or related role.
  • Experience with selling technology or service solutions.
  • Be a self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow and excel in their role.
  • Be passionate about Sales.
